We're on Facebook...

For those of you not in the know, we're on Facebook, the social networking site. You can find us at: or by searching for "Queen Margaret University Learning Resource Centre".

We're in the process of adding to our page so come and have a look. Leave a message on our wall and let us know what you think. As well as the traditional information such as opening hours (yes we are open over Easter) and links to our webpage, events such as the next Reading Group meetings and exhibitions have been added.

Various library-type applications such as 'Suncat' (where you can search for journal titles in libraries across the UK) and 'Worldcat' (where you can search for all sorts of printed matter worldwide) there are fun applications too.

We're participating in the Library 365 Project on Flickr, collating photographs of the LRC over 365 days. 10 photos are picked at random for view on our page with a link to the Flickr website to see the rest. If you have any photos you'd like to submit to the project or to our Facebook photo album, email and put "Library 365 Project" in the subject line.

If you've already got a Facebook account, you can show your appreciation, become a fan and receive updates of what we're up to.
