Top 10 most borrowed books in the LRC

I recently read an article in the Guardian by Simon Rogers who listed the top 250 most borrowed library books in the UK. It got me wondering who would top our charts in the most borrowed categories here at the LRC. My guesses of 'Corporate Strategy' by Richard Lynch and 'Gray's anatomy for students' by Richard L. Drake didn't make it into to the top ten.

So far, in the current academic year it appears that the Occupational Therapy students have been the busiest:

  1. Hagedorn's foundations for practice by Edward A. S. Duncan 615.8515 HAG
  2. A user's manual for the occupational circumstances assessment interview and rating scale (Version 4.0) by Kirsty Forsyth 615.8515 USE
  3. Model of human occupation: theory and application by Gary Kielhofner 615.8515 KIE
  4. Sociology and occupational therapy edited by Derek Jones, Sheena E. E. Blair, Terry Hartery, and R. Kenneth Jones 615.8515 JON
  5. Occupational health and mental health by Jennifer Creek 615.8515 CRE
  6. Introduction to the health sciences by Stephen Polgar and Shayne A. Thomas 610.072 POL
  7. Research design: qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods by John W. Creswell 300.72 CRE
  8. Event studies: theory, research and policy for planned events by Donald Getz 394.2068 GET
