It was announced last month, that a new journal is coming our way - Food & Function. RSC Publishing describe it as 'a new and exciting journal which will bring together high-impact research linking the chemistry and physics of food with health and nutrition'.
We are acquiring free access to this title so look out for it on our eJournals A-Z list soon. Their inaugural issue is due for publication at the end of 2010.
