Further results from the LRC Survey 2015

Here are some further results from the LRC Survey 2015.
  • 49% agreed or strongly agreed that we provided a service which was right first time
  • 62% thought that the LRC staff were willing to help
  • 56% thought the LRC staff were courteous
  • 58% agreed or strongly agreed that the staff were approachable
  • 63% thought we gave a prompt service
When we asked what you did in the LRC on your last visit, most either used a computer or borrowed a book.


We also asked for feedback on the LRC speedgates, and whether you liked the idea of us keeping them open - so you don't have to swipe in or out.  This proved overwhelmingly popular, so we're doing it again this year.
