- 49% agreed or strongly agreed that we provided a service which was right first time
- 62% thought that the LRC staff were willing to help
- 56% thought the LRC staff were courteous
- 58% agreed or strongly agreed that the staff were approachable
- 63% thought we gave a prompt service
We also asked for feedback on the LRC speedgates, and whether you liked the idea of us keeping them open - so you don't have to swipe in or out. This proved overwhelmingly popular, so we're doing it again this year.
